Testing and launching your email campaign
Before activating your campaign, make sure you've properly tested all its components:
- The target audience: is it properly set to target the intended users?
- The algorithms: are you recommending the right products?
- The schedule: have you set the campaign to be sent at the right time?
- The design: does your campaign look as intended?
- The static content: have you double checked all the static content such as logo, introductory text, footer, unsubscribe links, and any other content of the email?
If you're ok with all of the above, go ahead and activate your campaign following these few steps:

Go to the Drafts page.

Before starting the campaign, it's useful to add some tags to it, as this will help with reporting after the campaign is live. Click the Add tag text and add the tags such as daily, recent visits, retargeting, and so on.

Optionally, add a description for the campaign, by clicking the Description text. In this case a description can be Campaign for people that visited the shop yesterday. After setting the tags and the description, the drafts page will look as shown in Figure 1.

Click the green Start button to start the campaign. Click OK in the confirmation window that appears.

You will be taken automatically to the Active campaigns tab, where you can see your active campaign, as shown in Figure 2.
